The textile editor pavilion Scènes d’intérieur will be hosting new proposals from Equipo DRT, participating for the sixth time at the Paris venue and presenting lots of new ideas in recycled fabrics, double-width upholstery and exclusive printed designs, all at an event where we can’t wait to get down to business…
This will be the sixth consecutive year in which Equipo DRT is taking part at the biggest interior design and decoration show in Europe. Maison&Objet Paris 2015 is running from 23 to 27 January 2015, and Equipo DRT is in the final stage of preparing its stand and collections for the Scènes d’intérieur gallery at Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center Parc d’Expositions.
For this first show of the year, Equipo DRT is showcasing its «Up» line of recycled fabrics, which were already presented at the last Paris event, but for this occasion the highlight will be on the new «Up-Home» line.
Equipo DRT therefore restates its bid for sensitive, sustainable designs suitable for the home in the Up-Home line, which are the very first curtain fabrics woven from recycled PET products. Five plastic PET bottles are required to obtain one metre of yarn. So this is a 100% recycled product – eco-friendly, committed to environmental protection, sensitive and sustainable – which will contribute to making homes more socially and environmentally aware.
In addition, Equipo DRT will be presenting a brand-new, well-stocked collection of upholstery fabrics in double-width Palladio, inspired by Baroque and Renaissance architecture, recreating classic designs on fabric, where damasks and ovals transport us to beautiful Italian palace scenarios.
But these are not the only new proposals from Equipo DRT. Our firm will also be presenting new surprises in printed designs at this huge interior design event in Paris. Specifically, the surprises include a new collaboration in exclusive designs created especially for Equipo DRT.
Equipo DRT has been working hard for months on this new and exclusive collaboration, anxiously awaiting this unveiling in Paris and exhibiting all the new proposals for decoration… It’s new, it’s daring, it’s modern and it has a touch of «street-art» to it. To see more, come and visit us in January at Maison&Objet. We can hardly wait.
